On Monday Alex and Flynn were left to their own devices as I went back to work. On Tuesday Tory visited with Harriet and James. After they left Flynn was unsettled and took a long time to go back to sleep. On Wednesday we went to the doctors to see about Alex's stitches. Alex's medication was doubled and some additional antibiotics were given to attack her infection. Flynn's eyes were clear now and we have stopped his eye drops. Today was the first day for Flynn in the real world, going from shop to shop in his pram. He was very interested by the bright lights and different noises. Today Flynn started smiling properly. When the Health visitor weighed Flynn today he was 9lb 9oz. On Thursday Flynn spent most of his time in his new bouncy chair.
